The Detroit Pistons lost 106-100 at Sacramento on Sunday night, dropping three of four games on a road trip out west. Christian Wood had 20 points and 12 rebounds for the Pistons, while Brandon Knight scored 16 points. The Pistons return home on Wednesday to face Oklahoma City at LCA.
