The Detroit Lions could have punch a ticket into the playoffs on Monday night, but lost 42-21 at Dallas to the Cowboys instead. The Lions have lost two in a row, and now face Green Bay next Sunday night at Ford Field for the NFC North championship and a home playoff game for the winning team. If the Lions are the losing side, they will need the Washington Red Skins to lose or tie at home against the New York Giants, in order to clinch a road wild card playoff game.
