A suspicious package that was dropped off this morning(Friday) at the St. Clair County Sheriff's Office parking lot was apparently clothes for an inmate. The package was believed to be a bomb at first, as there was a note attached and a blinking red light on top. After the Michigan State Bomb Squad was called in, the package was discovered to be clothing for an inmate and the blinking light on top was a cellphone. His wife was apparently upset and was dropping off his belongings from home. Detectives from the Sheriff's Office will be contacting the woman.
