450 members of the Michigan Air National Guard were honored Sunday at Selfridge Air National Guard Base as part of a welcome home ceremony. The airmen were deployed as part of Operation Inherent Resolve fighting ISIS and other missions across southwest Asia. The six month deployment was the longest for airmen based at Selfridge since the Korean War.
