The St.Clair County Drug Task force seized crack cocaine and made two arrests following a traffic stop in the city of Port Huron early this morning. According to Sheriff Tim Donnellon, the DTF conducted an investigation into the sales of crack in the port huron area. at about 12:30 this morning , a traffic stop was made in the area of 11th street and Lapeer Avenue on a vehicle suspected to be involved in crack sales. an officer from the Port Huron Police Department Road Patrol amde the stop and was assisted by a Port Huron Police Department K-9 unit at the scene of the stop. approximately $1000 worth of crack cocaine was located, a 28 year old detroit man and 30 year old woman from Port Huron were arrested and lodged at the St. Clair County Intervention and Detention Center. they are expected to face cahrges including, possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, maintaining a drug house, and being a habitual 3rd offender.
