Come see the history of ice making and get a free pumpkin as well during the Great Pumpkin Giveaway at Knowlton's Ice Museum in downtown Port Huron. Now through October 31st, Knowlton's Ice Museum of North America, located at 317 Grand River Ave. in downtown Port Huron, will be giving away a free pumpkin with the purchase of a regular museum admission tour pass. Limit four pumpkins per family please, while supplies last. The Museum will be open Saturdays from 11am till 5pm. Visitors can view rare video footage of a real 1920s ice harvest, see over 5,000 items, and have a try at the hands-on activities. Children can also bring their carved pumpkins back on October 31st between 11am-2pm to be entered into a pumpkin contest. Judging will take place on Saturday October 31st, at 2pm.
