Tigers Take Another In Extras

Rajai Davis ended the game with an RBI triple in the bottom of the tenth inning, giving the Tigers a 2-1 win over the White Sox on Tuesday night at Comerica Park.  Five Detroit pitchers had combined on a no-hit bid through eight innings, but with one out in the ninth Tyler Saladino broke it up with a triple and then scored the tying run on an Adam Eaton single.  Those were the only two hits in the game for Chicago.  It was the second time this season the Tigers have lost a no-hitter with one out in the ninth.  The final game of a four game series is set for Wednesday afternoon.
