Gas prices in Michigan are up about 7 cents from last week. Triple-A of Michigan is reporting a new statewide average average of $3.72 per gallon for regular unleaded. This price is 1 cent more than this time last month but still 44 cents less than this time last year. St. Clair County area pumps currently asking $3.75 according to the auto club. The most expensive fuel in the state can be found in Jackson and Ann Arbor, where it’s $3.78. The cheapest gas is in the Metro Detroit area where it’s $3.69.
