New activities start soon with the Port Huron Recreation Department’s upcoming summer schedule. Eleven new programs for children and adults are being offered by the rec department this season including, a wiffle ball league, youth lacrosse, an acrylic pour class, and pickleball, just to name a few. These are in addition to the rec center’s returning favorites like swim classes and theater boot camp. Registration is open to Port Huron residents starting May 4th, non-residents can begin registering for activities the following day.
