Gas prices in Michigan decreased slightly last week, according to AAA of Michigan. The auto club says drivers statewide are now paying an average of $2.95 per gallon, that’s a penny less than last week, but 17 cents more than this time last month. and $1.11 more than this time last year. The most expensive gas is in Marquette, Metro Detroit and Traverse City. The least expensive gas is in Grand Rapids, Lansing and, Jackson. Locally, Port Huron area pumps are currently askin on average $2.92 a gallon for regular unleaded.
