Daylight saving time begins this weekend, which means it’s time once again to “spring forward”. At 2am Sunday morning, clocks are supposed to be set ahead by one hour. Researchers say most people need three to five days to adjust to the time change. For
a small percentage of people, it takes about a week or even more before they feel adjusted to the new time. Officials also recommend changing the batteries in your smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms when you set your clocks forward.
