The Detroit Pistons led by as many as 30 points on Monday night and beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 113-102 at LCA. Andre Drummond had 23 points and 15 rebounds, while Blake Griffin added 21 points and 12 boards. Reggie Bullock also had 21 points for the Pistons, who play in Houston on Wednesday.
