Lakeside Cemetery could see price hikes

Port Huron City Council meets this evening. Members will be asked to grant City Manager James Freed the ability to execute condominium agreements for the McNeil Creek Crossing project on 10th Avenue. Council will also make official the name “Gator Avenue” for the street that will provide access to the new development, as chosen by students at the nearby Garfield Elementary school. Council will also be asked to increase rates for Lakeside Cemetery, with various services and charges seeing hikes between $20  and $50. Port Huron City Council meets tonight at 7pm at the Municipal Office Center.
