A  recent spike in COVID-19 cases across the Blue Water area has prompted many businesses and governments to voluntarily close their doors to in person service. Locally owned bars, restaurants, and coffee shops have voluntarily closed their dining rooms until further notice to help protect their staff and patrons.

Fort Gratiot and Port Huron Township offices have closed their lobbies to the public until further notice. Residents are encouraged to conduct as much business as possible through the mail, phone, or internet.

The Port Huron Secretary of State Branch location is closed until further notice. Scheduled customer appointments for that office will be honored at the Chesterfield and Shelby Township Secretary of State offices. Fort Gratiot and Port Huron Township offices have also closed their lobby to the public until further notice.
