St. Patrick’s Day is going to look a little different this year in the Blue Water Area including for the St. Clair County United Way. Mallory Michaluk tells WPHM’s Paul Miller that in lieu of the normal in person Irish-themed breakfast at Freighters, meals will be offered “to-go” tomorrow morning at their headquarters at Military and Division Street. There are also numerous local prize packages that will be raffled off tomorrow, with Michaluk saying it’s not too late to participate. Raffle tickets will be sold at the United Way offices for $2 each and the drawing will take place at 9am Wednesday. The St. Patrick’s Day breakfast runs from 7:30am to 9am tomorrow and our Paul Miller will provide live coverage of it right on AM 1380 WPHM. Proceeds from the breakfast and raffle benefit the United Way’s 23 member agencies.
