St. Clair County Libraries will reopen to the public starting Monday. All 12 locations will be open Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9am to 5pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am to 7pm. Libraries in St. Clair County have been operating on a pickup only-only model for months now. Visitors to the library will be required to wear a mask that covers their mouth and nose. The number of patrons in the library will be limited and guests are asked to keep their library visit to 30 minutes or less.
