Gray Fox homicide victim identified, person of interest named

The Port Huron Police Department says they have identified the victim who was found dead on the Gray Fox Naval Sea Cadet Ship last week. The body of 44 year old Michael Orlow was found shortly after 11am Tuesday June 23rd. Port Huron Police say they are looking for a person of interest in connection to what has been deemed a homicide. Reginald Grasty, a 42 year old homeless man who was a caretaker on the vessel, is wanted by police. His last known contact with Police was in January of this year, and has lived in both Port Huron and the Detroit area. Reginald Grasty is described as a black male, 5-foot 10-inches tall, and approximately 190 pounds.
