The Chicago White Sox beat the Detroit Tigers 8-1 on Wednesday afternoon, to take three out of four in their series in Detroit. Travis Demeritte hit an RBI triple for Detroit, while former Tiger James McCann drove in three runs for the Sox with three hits. The Tigers open a four game series with Kansas City on Thursday night at Comerica Park.
