The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office Marine Division and dive team will resume search efforts today for the body of a man believed to have drown in the St. Clair River Friday night. Sheriff Tim Donnellon tells WPHM the incident occurred just north of St. Clair around 8:30 Friday evening. 21 year old Riley Gleason of St. Clair Township was one of three individuals on a boat and reportedly jumped off the boat to take a swim in the river. Donnellon says witnesses saw him swimming in the water just north of the boardwalk in St. Clair but that he eventually went under due to the current. Search crews were on the scene both Saturday and Sunday but were unable to locate Gleason, and will return to the scene again today.
