Man arrested at Blue Water Bridge after cocaine discovery

Canadian officials are announcing the seizure of cocaine at the Blue Water Bridge. Over 58 kilograms, or approximately 120 pounds of suspected cocaine was seized last month. It happened on May 24 when a traveler arrived at the Blue Water Bridge in Point Edward, Ontario and was referred for a secondary examination. A dog detector team helped find 48 bricks of suspected cocaine concealed in an aftermarket compartment inside the vehicle. The suspected cocaine was seized and the driver was arrested on three counts of importing, possessing and trafficking the substance.
