Michigan has a new men’s basketball coach, it’s Juwan Howard.  The former Wolverine star played 19 years in the NBA and has been an assistant coach for six years with the Miami Heat, but has never been a head coach or coached in college.  Howard has signed a five year deal worth $2 million a season.  He replaces John Beilein, the universities all time winningest coach, who left to coach the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA.
