The Detroit Pistons beat the Phoenix Suns 118-98 in Arizona on Thursday night. Seven Pistons scored ten points or more in the win led by Wayne Ellington’s 23. Andre Drummond added 16 points and 18 rebounds for Detroit, who play in Portland on Saturday night.
