Michigan led for most of the game, but Michigan State came back at the end for a 65-60 victory in the Big Ten Tournament championship game on Sunday. Matt McQuaid poured in 27 points for the Spartans, while Cassius Winston added 14 with 11 assists. The Wolverines, who lost all three games against MSU this season, were led by Ignas Brazdeikis with 19 points.
