An accident involving a pickup truck and a deer in Sanilac County’s Worth Township over the weekend resulted in minor injuries for two men and several children. The Ford F-350 was traveling westbound on East Galbraith Line Road the afternoon of November 24th when the 28 year old driver struck a deer. The deer went under the truck and became lodged in the steering controls, causing the driver to lose control. The truck left the roadway and overturned in a ditch, resting on its roof. The driver’s 32 year old brother and three young daughters were in the vehicle. All were treated at the scene and released by Croswell EMS.
