Rising ten stories high above Downtown Port Huron, an American Flag has been placed on top of what is now the tallest building in the city – the Blue Water View Condos. The luxury condo building is the brainchild of brothers Leroy and Allen Stevens, who broke ground on the site nearly a year ago. The first tower of the development will be 8 stories tall and feature 29 units with views of the St. Clair River and Blue Water Bridge. Developer Allen Stevens, speaking to WPHM at the flag raising ceremony on Friday, says plans are in the works for a second condo tower that would be 10 stories tall and located adjacent to the current tower.  The condo building is located on the site of the former YMCA property at Michigan Street and Glenwood Avenue. Ground was broken on the project November 20, 2017.
