Freed continues interviews for GR job

James Freed now one of three finalists for the position of City Manager in Grand Rapids, with a candidate forum being held last night to allow questions from the community. Speaking to his success as a City Manager, Freed says it’s due in part to the residents and employees of the City of Port Huron. Freed, at a candidate forum last night said, “There is no job in the State of Michigan that could ever get me to consider leaving my current job except for the City of Grand Rapids.” A final round of interviews for City Manager of Grand Rapids will be held tonight.
