An empty net goal by Luke Glendening, that made it 3-0 at the time, turned into the game winning goal as Detroit held off a late Buffalo rally for a 3-2 win. Dylan Larkin and Riley Sheahan also had goals. The Red Wings play in Montreal on Tuesday.
