Two Arrested in DTF raid in Port Huron

Two people were arrested last night following a investigation conducted by the Drug Task Force investigating into the sales of narcotics in Port Huron. The investigation led to the Task Force obtaining a search warrant from the 72nd District Court and was executed in the 2800 block of 15th Avenue about 11:00 pm on Thursday. During the search of the residence, the DTF located and seized about $800 worth of cocaine, $100 worth of heroin and $150 worth of analog pills. Also seized was drug paraphernalia, cell phones, cash and packaging material. Two Port Huron residents were also arrested, a 30 year old man and a 24 year old woman, were arrested and lodged at the St.Clair County intervention and Detention Center, They are expected to face charges including possession with intent to deliver cocaine, heroin, analogs, being a habitual offender 4th, and a parole violation. The St.Clair County Sheriff Special Response Team, Sheriff Road Patrol, and Port Huron Police Neighborhood Enforcement Team assisted in the execution of the search warrant.
