If you love to run or enjoy the changing colors in fall, then you will not want to miss the Trestle Harvest Hustle on the Wadhams-To Avoca Trail. The event takes place on Sunday October 4th. Greg Witchan, Race Director, tells us participants will have the option to 'walk or run' either the 4-Mile, 10K, half marathon, or the big 25K. Prices for the runs are $35 for the 4-Mile and 10K, and $45 for the half marathon and 25K. Back in March another race was held on the trail. Although there was unexpected snow on the trail that day, Witchan says, the run still went off without a hitch. To avoid the snow they plan on moving next years event to April.
