If you like music and some chili to go with it, you better not miss the 6th annual Blue Chili Grass Festival this labor day weekend. The event takes place at Goodells County Park, with the Gates opening at 4 pm on Sunday, and 11 am on Monday. The Blue-Chili-Grass-Festival started out six years ago with a music festival and a chili-cook off. Over the years the two parties combined, and now the event has grown with thousands attending this years Festival. New this year, there will be a fund-raising rock concert with Gasoline Gypsy headlining on Sunday night. Then on Monday, there will be two stages playing acoustic and bluegrass music. It only cost $1 to get in the gate and children 12 and under are free. For more information about the festival you can go online to: lbma.org
