Reds Rip Tigers

Detroit was cruising with a 5-0 lead in Cincinnati on Monday night, until the Reds erupted for ten runs in the bottom of the sixth inning, and went on to beat the Tigers 12-5.  Cincinnati sent 14 men to the plate in the sixth inning and got home runs from Eugenio Suarez and Brandon Phillips after being held to one hit over the first five innings.  JD Martinez hit a three run home run for the Tigers, while Noick Castellanos hit a solo home run, and Miguel Cabrera drove in a run while picking up two more hits.  The Tigers open a three game series on Tuesday against the Angels at Ciomerica Park.
