What do you like best about working at Q Country? Working doesn't feel like work. What are your favorite places to go to eat/drink in the Blue Water Area? I like the Raven, Quay Street, Casey's, and any place that has Chinese.
What are your favorite movies? Slapshot...it's so close to the truth about how a minor league team is run, it's scary. The Exorcist...it's so close to the life story of Laura Luchtman, it's scary. Monty Python's the Holy Grail...a great movie!
What is your favorite thing to do during your time off? Sleep in.
If I came to your home and looked inside the refrigerator, what would I find? Food. What the hell else would you expect to find? It's a refrigerator.
Could you give us a little insight into the rest of the air staff at Q Country?
Chuck "Father Time" Santoni - I listened to Chuck on the radio when I was in high school, that was 25 years ago, when he was only 75 years old.
Laura "Sampsonite" Luchtman - Baggage, and lots of it!
Dawn Elliot - Floats in water.
Gerry Clark - I won't say Gerry is mistake prone, but around the station we have a saying when someone goofs up, we say they "Clarked it up!".
Cody Roberts - Is so young he had to ask his mother if it was okay to stay up late and do over nights on the Q.
Joe Wilshire - Jo Bob played football for my dad (true story) and he has never fully recovered from being used as the kickers practice tee.
Jamison Shaw - Discovered Cleveland...while sailing to Mackinac.
Nikki Christy - No really! She works here, I'm not making that up!
Curt Hauer - Was trained by Laura...you can draw your own conclusions.
If you were another person, would you be friends with you? Is that a retorical question?
