The St. Clair County Sheriff's Office says, a suspect in the unarmed robbery of Nick's Four Roses restaurant is now in custody.  Sheriff Tim Donnellon says, 50-year old James Cassano, who used to work at the establishment, turned himself in Monday after a warrant had been issued for his arrest last Friday.  The incident happened when a man went into the restaurant, along 24th Street in Port Huron Township, made small talk with his former colleagues, then lunged over the counter grabbing an undisclosed amount of money from the register.  The suspect then fled.  Deputies from the Sheriff's Office and Officers from the Port Huron Police Department were unable to locate him.  Cassano is expected to be arraigned today in 72nd District Court on charges of unarmed robbery.
