ESCAPE CHARGES SOUGHT FOR PORT HURON MAN

A man who did not return from a furlough from the St. Clair County Intervention Center has been found and apprehended.  Donald Robert Lee this week was attending a funeral for one of the double homicide victims.  He was an uncle of one of the two victims.  Lee however did not return for lock-up following the funeral.  The St. Clair County Drug Task Force says they had contact with the 46-year-old who was arrested without incident.  A third party had spoke to the task force which led to the arrest.  The arrest happened in Port Huron at about 3-p-m Thursday. Officials say he will now be arraigned on escape charges.
