A man who did not return from a furlough from the St. Clair County Intervention Center has been found and apprehended. Donald Robert Lee this week was attending a funeral for one of the double homicide victims. He was an uncle of one of the two victims. Lee however did not return for lock-up following the funeral. The St. Clair County Drug Task Force says they had contact with the 46-year-old who was arrested without incident. A third party had spoke to the task force which led to the arrest. The arrest happened in Port Huron at about 3-p-m Thursday. Officials say he will now be arraigned on escape charges.
