We all know about this week's Blue Water Fest and what it leads to on Saturday with the boat race, plus the big parade on Wednesday, the music, the fireworks, the carnival, the lighted boat parade, Family Night and Boat Night... but what about the FOOD?  Got that covered too, and it's all local.  Mike McCauley heads up the Blue Water Vendors Association, and he says Blue Water Fest director Tim Block wanted to keep things close to home as far as the food goes. McCauley says the Taste of Port Huron will be at the Zebra parking lot Thursday morning through Sunday, with a wide variety of food available from local vendors, including kettlecorn from Lexington, Mexican food from Croswell, elephant ears from Richmond, Freighter Fries from Port Huron and more.  Sunday night will see the food space set up near the fireworks display near Desmond Landing along Court Street.
