Detroit's own Mitch Ryder and his wife are recovering from minor injuries after a head-on crash over the weekend. They were traveling home Friday after a concert when the couples car was hit by a drunken driver. The 21 year old South Lyon man of the pick up truck swerved hitting Ryder and his wife head-on. Ryder and his wife, Megan, were released from the hospital after observation. The driver of the pick up truck failed a sobriety test and told officers he looked down to adjust his radio dial when he crossed into the other lane. Ryder still took to the stage at a friends birthday party the following night.
