Bullying can be physical, sexual, verbal, or emotional in nature, and recent statistics suggest that the majority of students will experience bullying at some point in their academic careers.  That's one of the reasons the St. Clair County Community College Student Government Executive Board is present the film "Bully" on Tuesday, with a panel discussion to follow in SC4's Fine Arts Theatre.  SC4 Student Government president Sean Lathrop tells us the movie is free to attend and starts at 6pm.  At 7:30pm a panel of experts will discuss how bullying effects students.  Members of the panel include Lindsey Chopp from the St. Clair County Child Abuse and Neglect Council, Jennifer Deegan, the St. Clair County senior assistant prosecuting attorney, and Mark Hanton, the assistant principal at the Fort Gratiot Middle School.
