Everybody in the water.  The Port Huron Parks and Recreation Department held an open house Friday for the Court Street Pool, with residents enjoying the improvements and rennovations.  The city's Nancy Winzer says the work took a community effort by a dedicated group, with improvements including a new paint job, new flooring, plus the addition of tables and chairs and other amenities.  Partners on the project include the James Acheson Foundation, the Gannett Foundation, Independent Floor Covering and Mortimer Lumber.  Monday sees Parks and Recreation starting up their summer classes and programs, with both the Sanborn and Court Street pools open to the public.  For more information on all the offerings go online to
