A road project in St. Clair Township is scheduled to begin Monday. According to the St. Clair County Road Commission, crews will be installing new aluminum arch bridges to replace culverts near the intersection of Frith and Richman roads over the Holland Drain. The project will result in first Frith Road, then Richman road, closing for demolition and bridge replacement. Both roads won’t be closed at the same time. The project is expected to take about 25 days per bridge. It is being funded by the St. Clair County Road Commission, MDOT, and St. Clair Township with a total price tag of $729,000 dollars.
