The St. Clair County Drug Task Force is reporting two drug busts in the local area this past week. The DTF executed a search warrant on Monday August 13th for a house in the 1300 block of Beard Street in Port Huron. About $3500 dollars of crystal meth was seized in the bust as well as a handgun and psychedelic mushrooms. A 35 year old Port Huron man was arrested an lodged at the St. Clair County Jail, he faces possession with intent to deliver charges. Then on Wednesday August 15th, the Drug Task Force raided a room at the Elmcourt Motel on Lapeer Road in Port Huron Township. $500 dollars in heroin and crack cocaine was seized, with a 25 year old Eastpointe man being arrested. He faces possession with intent to deliver as well as being a four-time habitual offender.
