After being knocked out in the quarterfinals two years in a row by Richmond, Dearborn Divine Child got revenge on Tuesday, coming from behind to win 3-2 in extra innings over the Blue Devils at Novi High School in the state softball playoffs.  Katie Connelly gave the Falcons their only lead with a two out RBI double in the top of the 8th inning, while also throwing out Richmond base runners at the plate to end both the bottom of the 5th and 6th innings.  Angela Dunn had a triple and scored on a throwing error in the 6th to tie the game.  Richmond had taken a 2-0 lead in the 4th on RBI singles from Carly Barjaktarovich and Evelyn Swantez, but the Blue Devils stranded ten runners in the game.  Barjaktarovich, Swantek, Shea VanScoter, Autumn Warn, and Cameron Barrett all had two hits for Richmond.  Divine Child will play in the semi-final on Thursday at MSU.  In other quarterfinal action on Tuesday, Millington beat Sandusky 15-0 at Saginaw Valley State University.
