Jeffery Katofsky, owner of the St. Clair Inn which is currently under renovations, will be adding a second hotel to his Blue Water Area portfolio. In an announcement made on WPHM this morning, Katofsky says he will be purchasing the Harrington Inn in Port Huron. The Harrington, originally built as a hotel, was most recently a retirement home. Katofsky says it will compliment the St. Clair Inn property by adding more upscale hotel rooms to the local area.
