Although it may not feel like spring, the City of Marysville is looking ahead to warmer weather and the return of little league baseball and softball. The City of Marysville recently invested 250-thousand-dollars into the city’s ball fields located in Marysville Park. Marysville Mayor Dan Damman tells WPHM’s Paul Miller it has already attracted the attention of Little League Tournaments, with the city planning for a grand opening next month. Damman says he hope the little league tournaments will bring more out-of-towners to the local area. The re-dedication of the ball fields will take place on May 5th.
